Essense Coaches are members of the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) the global coaching professional body.
At present Jane holds the position of Director Membership and Development on the Board of the International Coach Federation Australaisa, in the past she has been President of the ICFA Auckland Chapter. All Essense coaches are actively working towards credentialing. Jane has attained the level of ACC (Associate Certified Coach).
Essense Coaching Limited and their coaches are committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and all of our coaching is based on the ICF Core Competencies.
